Our Life in Austria. Newer posts →. Birthday : party planning & celebrating! Isaiah is 7 years old! This morning, we celebrated his 7th birthday on his birthday, with a party at home. He invited three friends to his party. It was the right amount – not too many to get on each other’s nerves. After Silas’ party on his 6th birthday, I shared about party planning on a budget. But, I’ll share with you what we did:. Wrapping Paper for Table. Red ‘festive’ candles. Hot Dogs and Buns. Fruits (apples, kiwi).

Our Life in Austria. Summer break : week two {13.-18. July}. I knew that this week was going to be a full week, and it was! Blurry pictures on purpose…but you get the idea from the picture. 135 kids were there each day and lots of people helped out during the week! The kids at my workshop made Shrinky Art Key Rings – ya know, Shrinky Dinks! I also went to a Feedback Dinner/Meeting for the English/German/Bible Week. This entry was posted in kids. Our Life in Austria. Summer break : week four {27.-31.July}. We finally had some cooler weather this week. It was soooo nice and refreshing! I was really tired this week and needed some down time. There wasn’t too much excitement over here for the week. Since it was a little cooler this week, I was excited to use the oven again and thankful for some longer sleep. This whole baby thing takes you by storm and all of a sudden you wake up one morning with an (almost) 4 month old baby smiling up at you, wondering how the HECK time has managed so fly by so rapidly.
