Saturday, May 23, 2009. I honestly can't believe how fast Lauren is growing. The time is whizzing by. She loves crawling from room to room and exploring. Her favorite toys right now are the remote control and Mom's cell phone. Go figure. (Note to self- continue to buy toys at rummage sales for pennies on the dollar since she only plays with them for about 3 minutes and then it's time for the remote.). Friday, April 24, 2009. Spring is here and LL is 7 months! Our little lamb is 7 months old now. She's crawling, loving life, and blowing raspberry kisses. She's the light of our lives and I am enjoying spending time at home with her. Being a stay at home mom is the most rewarding and refreshing career. Our days are filled with stroller trips, library book time, and visits to Grandma and Grandpa's houses. We love being together and LL is my best friend (well, besides my H of course! Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Our little Lauren is 9 months! I can't believe how fast time flies. She is really enjoying the heat by swimming in her new pool. We bought her a fuschia pink swimsuit from Gymboree adorned with ruffles and a built-in diaper cover. (We still use a diaper on her though! Lauren loves splashing in the water and kicking her toes. Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Friday, June 12, 2009. Lots of baby stuff. Wow We have sooo much stuff that Lauren has outgrown already. Swing? Lots of baby stuff.

Wednesday, February 17, 2010. See the last time I posted? It was in Fall. I was just deciding that I was going to return to the workforce and start contributing financially to my family. I hated working, rushing around in the PM to take care of Lauren, and then attend to our house. It just wasn't worth the extra income that I made. Plus, with the cost of daycare, it truly didn't really make sense. But my life centers around my family's needs first. And I have to take care of what's really important.

Needless to say we were more excited about it than she was. We went to Christmas Eve services at 8pm and even though Leilani usually goes to bed around 7:30pm, she did well and we had a good time.
