Our Little Farm is 12 acres of heaven tucked away in a quiet valley on the Berwyn Hills in the Snowdonia National Park, in North Wales. We have lived here for the last 27 years having moved from nearby Shrewsbury. Recipe of the Month. For 3l of water. 500g pork meat, cut into stripes. 1tb lard 1tb butter. 1 clove garlic, crushed. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1 carrot, cut into thin long strips. 1 red pepper, cut into thin long strips. Beetroot, cut into thin long strips. 5 fresh tomatoes, diced, no need to skin them. 5 potatoes, cut into strips, or cubes. 1 white kohlrabi, cut into thin long strips. 1 red hot jalapeño pepper. 1tb of each, fresh chopped dill, parsley and green onion. 4 cloves of garlic, crushed.
