Our Little French House. Wednesday, 9 November 2011. A Holiday - at last! Well out fourth trip to Estripeau this year September and October - where has the year gone? Having had a good trip down we picked up Tom and Angela who were visiting the house for the first time. On the way back from the airport we popped into Chateau Deves in Fronton and bought some wine - on reflection quite expensive but it does travel well having tried both the white and the red back in Ampthill! Fois gras with ginger ice cream.

We are situated in the Midi Pyrenees in the Tarn Garronne Region, about 40 minutes from Montauban, and an hour from Toulouse and Cahors. if you want to go further afield it will take you about two hours to get to the coast.
