Friday, December 12, 2008. Please keep our mom and grandmother in your prayers. As some of you know, Julia began a battle yesterday December 11 th. With a vigorous infection in her body. This infection stems from some internal complications. She is in the intensive care unit in Missoula. Please remember her in your prayers. Nate and Holly, our prayers are with you and Julia. Thursday, July 21, 2016. The word "housekeeping" stroke people differently. People either like it or hate it. In my case, there's no middle ground. I have tried to be neutral about it and it did not work. There are books of all different methods to help us keep our house clean and organized and some even promise if we follow it thoroughly our house will practically cleanse itself. Then Elizabeth George's "A woman after God's own heart" made me aware of how God wants us to be the manager of our own home.

Wednesday, June 17, 2009. CHAR BING (DEEP FRIED VEGETABLE). THIS IS MY FAMILY'S FAVOURITE DISH. Labels: DEEP FRIED FOOD. WAH KUEH (CHINESE RICE BOWL PUDDING). 15 LITRES HOT WATER. 1 CUP CHOPPED PRESERVED RADISH (CHA POR). 5 DRIED MUSHROOMS, SOCKED AND THINLY SLICED. 1 TABLESPOON DRIED SHRIMPS. 1 TEASPOON DARK SOYA SAUCE. 1/ PLACE RICE FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, SALT AND PEPPER TOGETHER IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. 2/ POUR IN THE HOT WATER AND MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED AND SMOOTH. 4/ STREAM OVER HIGH HEAT FOR 25 MINUTES.
