our lives in suburbia

Our lives in suburbia. A journal of our day to day lives and any random thing that I might want to talk about. Monday, November 21, 2011. Yesterday marks TWO years since Jason's aneurysm incident. It feels like a long time ago and yet it feels like it just happened. I ran through the whole day in my head.'right now we were at the first emergency room, now we're in the ambulance, now we're at Parkland, wheeling you into the operating room.'. She decided to draw a masterpiece on herself during naptime.

our lives in suburbia: April 2011

http://ourlivesinsuburbia.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html

Our lives in suburbia. A journal of our day to day lives and any random thing that I might want to talk about. Saturday, April 16, 2011. J and Miss Priss joined the Indian Princesses program this year (actually it is called the Adventure Guides, but that sounds lame and apparently everyone who participates in the program still refer to it as Indian Princesses). They have been having so much fun at some of their recent events. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. We Bought A House! 500 Pi...

our lives in suburbia: state fair 2011..

http://ourlivesinsuburbia.blogspot.com/2011/11/state-fair-2011.html

Our lives in suburbia. A journal of our day to day lives and any random thing that I might want to talk about. Monday, November 21, 2011. We made our annual visit to the State Fair of Texas. It was nice and crowded, not the best combination when pulling the grumpy toddler in a wagon, lesson learned. Anyway, many corny dogs, funnel cakes, spicy nachos and about a million tickets later, we checked off another successful visit to the fair! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our lives in suburbia. A journal of our day to day lives and any random thing that I might want to talk about. Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Monday was the first day of school for the Teen and Miss Priss. They were nervous and excited respectively and they both had a fantastic first day. I almost shed a tear when I hugged Miss Priss goodbye, but she was cool as a cucumber! High School and Kinder in one year, and in two weeks Little Miss will start her Kids Day out two days a week! Berg Twins: August 2013

http://www.bergtwins.com/2013_08_01_archive.html

Sunday, August 25, 2013. Quick Trip to Austin. The boys had been asking to fly on a plane again, so we took them on a quick trip to Austin for a night. Here they are waiting for the shuttle. We went straight to Zilker Park when we got there and walked through the nature exhibit in the cave. Ben looks so grown up in this photo! I liked this quote on the wall. Then we got on the mini train ride. No luck. they stayed on the side of the pool with me. So, we decided to leave and find a place for lunch! The ba...

This time, the boys got a chance to run around Tom Sawyer Island, and they loved it! http://www.bergtwins.com/2013_10_01_archive.html

Thursday, October 31, 2013. This was the first year that the boys did not dress in matching costumes. Sad moment for momma, but very exciting for the boys because they got to pick out their own costumes! She made Ben the best Ben 10 jacket ever! Check out the resemblance! That afternoon, we went to Southwest's annual Halloween celebration. Dumb found Dumber at the party. They were handing out one of the boys' all time favorite treats at the party! Starting Halloween right. with lots of sugar! We decided ...

Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Disney World - Day 3 - Hollywood Studios. The boys perfected the tourist look by day 3 of our Disney World trip! Hollywood Studios was also decorated for Christmas with a giant Christmas tree. Well, hello, little guy! Ready for the Star Wars ride! The boys loved it! They were being so goofy while oma and I tried to take their picture next to McQueen and Mater! It took about a dozen tries to finally get this! We had to get a penny from each park for their penny passports.

Friday, September 7, 2012. 2nd Year of Preschool. The boys started their second year of preschool this week! But I guess this just means they'll be making a bunch of new friends this year. :). Of course, we couldn't leave the house without taking a few pictures! Look how much they've grown since last year. Such handsome little men. The boys were excited to wear their new school shoes! Bryce got neon yellow Nikes. And, Ben got the neon orange ones. They kept asking me to take more pictures! But, of course...

http://www.bergtwins.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. The boys dressed up as their favorite candy this Halloween! They looked so cute and were so excited to go trick or treating. We went to Aunt Beth's neighborhood this year, and the weather was perfect! Before we started trick or treating, the boys got to open Halloween presents from Oma Berg. The loved the duck whistles. We ate some powered donuts for energy! A few weeks before Halloween, daddy carved a pumpkin for each of us! Posted by Hedy Berg. Sunday, October 21, 2012.

Our Lives in Their World

Our Lives in Their World. Chris, Jamie, Maguire and Parker. Wednesday, December 19, 2012. A Poem for the Children of Newtown, Connecticut. Twas 11 days before Christmas, around 9:38. When 20 beautiful children stormed through Heaven's gate. Their smiles were contagious, their laughter filled the air,. They could hardly believe all the beauty they saw there. They were filled with such joy, they didn't know what to say. They remembered nothing of what had happened earlier that day. Then He and the children...

Our Lives Inside Out. Saturday, July 06, 2013. Well, I haven't been very diligent at giving our latest update on what we are doing, where we're at.life. We are now back in London, Ontario and have been for about 3 weeks now. Time sure is sneaking up/flying by - however you say that. I have been back to work now for a couple weeks. Right back into the grind and routine of life. Yes - for those that don't know yet - we are expecting yet again! What a surprise that I have grown to love! Another great praise...

Our Lives In Stories. We all have a story to tell. January 12, 2017. Our lives in stories. Today we finally got ourselves into the swing of the New Year. Schoolwork. Housework. Errands. A little bit of time outdoors tending the cactus and what’s left of the pretty green vines Aunt Debbie gave me last summer. Sadly the vines appear to have fallen victim to my brown thumb. One can’t really tend a cactus, I suppose… But I am curious as to why it’s so droopy. It’s Kind of a Funny Story. I heard a statistic q...

For students’ lives because we can learn and know more about other cultures, people and countries and practice other languages. It’s a great way of learning. And a very enriching experience from which we can get a lot of new knowledge. Also the friendship bonds. But I keep in touch with some of them. I have nothing to poi...

Life Stories

Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Once upon a time there was a little girl named Larkin. She had tonsils. When she had tonsils her mom brought her to the place, and they said, “If you want your little girl to have her tonsils out it will change her voice. Let us cut them out! 8221;, said the Doctor. Her mom said, “No, I don’t want you to chop out my little girls tonsils. Then I would not have a little child with a raspy voice at all.”. I love you all,. Links to this post. Links to this post.
