Sunday, October 27, 2013. Mad for plaid {style}. A blog post on Sunday? Yes, I know totally unlikely of me.but we are still working on our new family schedule and routine around here. So, it is what it is. I wanted to show you two different looks I put together with the skirts. :). So, I challenge you to step out of pairing plaid with just jeans and try something else. Monday, September 30, 2013. Lake Tahoe {part 1}. It was a freezing 30 degrees out that morning! The air was so clear and you could even see some patches of snow at the peak of the mountain. Tuesday, December 24, 2013. Merry Christmas from our family to yours! Wishing you a joyful and holy Christmas! Thursday, December 5, 2013. But not all of our traditions are penitential :) We obviously decorated our tree and have been saying our family rosary each night near it and reflecting on our empty manger [on Christmas morning we put baby Jesus in] that we put up above our fireplace. The nurses were telling me to get onto the bed, but I couldn't. I was pushing the baby out. They insisted that I needed to get on so that they can check me. I was thinking in my mind "why do you need to check me, the baby is coming out now? I was floored by how special this moment was. The art of womanhood was complete.
