I was feeling pretty stuffed from the cold I caught, so it was a little tough. I just did 1000yds – 100 swim, 100 kick. Fri, Sept 6. 39 week Dr appointment early in the morning.

Don't Feed the Turtles. Tuesday, November 26, 2013. I am thankful everyday and I make sure to say "Thank-you" to everyone I interact with during the day. I wanted to give a shout out to our yard guys! We live on a corner = lots of yard and we have a ton of pine trees. In the Fall, our yard is covered in pine straw and leaves. I raked leaves as a kid.
