in the silence of naptime: July 2015
http://naptimesilence.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2015. David is going to miss playing with Jacob when school starts. Posted by Megan B. Wednesday, July 22, 2015. It was time again for our annual picture. A little sunny when we took it, but the temperature was beautiful this evening! You can’t see my baby belly, but it’s there. If it hadn’t been so sunny, I would have had us do it one more time and try to get my belly in view. Oh well. We also walked over to the garden. I was surprised that it wasn’t very crowded. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. From the Mouth of Monica. When I grow-up, I want to be a grown-up and I want to live in my own house. And I want to live somewhere that doesn't have tornadoes. Like Texas. Or Colorado. Posted by Megan B. Colorado is a great place to live, Monica! July 22, 2015 at 8:17 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). in the silence of naptime: Emily at the Fair (4-H portion)
http://naptimesilence.blogspot.com/2015/08/emily-at-fair-4-h-portion.html
Saturday, August 15, 2015. Emily at the Fair (4-H portion). Emily was very excited when she found out that this year she was old enough to be part of the Clover Kids 4-H program (5-7 year olds as of January 1st). She enjoyed getting to join in the activities at the 4-H meetings, and then when it was fair time, that meant she got to bring something to the fair for 4-H! She was very proud to see her horse on display with the other Clover Kids exhibits. Posted by Megan B. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

in the silence of naptime: February 2015
http://naptimesilence.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 15, 2015. David took his time, but he has finally decided that walking is pretty fun. He really started toddling around a little over 1 week ago and is so proud of his new skills. It still amazes me to see him taking steps. Posted by Megan B. Thursday, February 12, 2015. This was the year of the animal for valentine boxes. Emily made hers first. All of my children seem to stick their tongue out when they are concentrating. She was pretty proud of her creation! Monica told me she needed t...

in the silence of naptime: Monica at the Fair
http://naptimesilence.blogspot.com/2015/08/monica-at-fair.html
Friday, August 14, 2015. Monica at the Fair. This was Monica’s second year to enter exhibits in the Open Class portion of our county fair. She was very excited to get to bring her things to the fair, and was in tears on the 4-H entry day at the beginning of the fair (because it wasn’t her turn to enter things yet). We talked about how many days until her things could go and she was basically counting down the days. Her next piece of artwork was a painting. She said it is a rainbow. Posted by Megan B.

in the silence of naptime: October 2014
http://naptimesilence.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 23, 2014. I love so many things in this picture…. David, of course. The sweet way he sucks his thumb. He’s laying on a Cinderella pillow. His little right hand is holding his blankie. His feet are touching each other…amazing flexibility! A baby in a diaper. He climbed up there (Monica’s bed) all by himself. Monica’s little undies on the edge of the bed. Posted by Megan B. Monday, October 20, 2014. She later told me, "I made them rainbow goats.". Posted by Megan B. Sit in the suitcase.

in the silence of naptime: September 2014

Tuesday, September 30, 2014. I was loading groceries into the van this morning. David was still sitting in the cart. I heard him making a squeaky sound. I looked over and saw him looking directly over at the dog sitting in the car nearby. David was "talking" to the puppy, and the sound he was making almost sounded like a squeaky bark. Posted by Megan B. Monday, September 29, 2014. From the Mouth of Monica. I'm doing my flash cards. Ariel, Snow White.". Posted by Megan B. Saturday, September 27, 2014.

in the silence of naptime: April 2015
http://naptimesilence.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 9, 2015. Baby Breck is 10 weeks old. I got to hear the heartbeat loud and clear for the first time this afternoon. It was such an amazing sound. The doctor had told me beforehand that sometimes it is difficult to find a heartbeat at 10 weeks. Breck took that as a challenge, and made sure we heard the heartbeat right away. :). Posted by Megan B. Saturday, April 4, 2015. We've been to the Easter Vigil and survived! So we can officially wish everyone a Happy Easter! Posted by Megan B.

Friday, August 28, 2015. From the Mouth of Monica. Monica: When I grow up I want to live in Lincoln. That would make me happy. Monica: And I want to live across the street from your house. Then we could be neighbors! Me: That would be fun! Monica: And I could bring my kids over for a playdate. Posted by Megan B. Thursday, August 27, 2015. Lunch With the Kids. We came home, did a little preschool, and then went to visit my grandparents before lunch. We left the lunchroom in time to see Emily’s class...
