Saturday, November 26, 2005. Got my Creative Zen sent for service on 14 Nov 05. as the MP3 got hang on 13 Nov 05. Creative is nice enough to change a brand new one after i bought and use it for about 8 Months. Since they are out of stock, i have to wait for about 3 weeks for the new shipment.
