Its a great way for those of us with less disposable cash to access the ideas and styles of some up-and-coming designers (and, hopefully, they get exposed to new audiences who will eventually buy their main lines). Our New Old House. Thursday, August 29, 2013. Fall/Winter 2013/2014 Project: Basement BEFORE. We'll also have a permanent guest area so that when my parents come to visit they will have their own area to sleep, keep clothes, etc. We'll even have a living room with a couch and a tv.
