Jake, Bri and Kason. Tuesday, January 14, 2014. New Year.New Post. It has been quite some time since I lasted posted. I thought I would write a quick update on our lives for the last couple of months. We enjoyed the holiday season. We spent Thanksgiving with the Grants. All eight of Jake's siblings and their families were able to come to Cedar City for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed various activities such as movies, games, and of course.food! We will be moving down there this summer. I am so proud of him!

Jake, Bri and Kason. Monday, September 15, 2014. How can it be the beginning of August already? Where has the summer gone? I feel like winter drags on endlessly for months and summer flies by in the blink of an eye. What a summer this has been! All the snow is melted, everything has greened up, and the temperature hangs in the mid seventies. At the end of the reunion we packed up and head south four hours to Salt Lake City. Jake, Bri and Kason. Monday, March 11, 2013. I am a little behind on my blogging! My last post was last Fall, probably before Thanksgiving. So much has happened since then! Maybe I will do a month by month recap of the last few months. I am loving 1st grade and can't believe how fast the time is going. I only have 3 weeks left of student teaching and then I am done! I can't wait for him to get home at the end of the week. Now I feel caught up! Maybe from now on I can stay caught up!

Jake, Bri and Kason. Wednesday, July 9, 2014. Jake and I are enjoying our time in Las Vegas. Jake is settling into his new job nicely and I am settling into a routine here in LV. Jake, Bri and Kason. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. I just realized today how long ago my last post was! When I started this blog years ago, I had every intention of keeping this blog as up to date as possible for history's sake, well, you can see how that is going! I have found that I just don't have as much time during the day to blog like I used to. I guess having an almost 2 year old will do that! I also have a few little projects going on right now that take up my free time when Kason is asleep or napping.

Jake, Bri and Kason. Friday, August 30, 2013. Our sweet baby boy finally made his debut last week! Yep, my Dad, he guessed the due date using the curfew logic. I thought I would take a minute and write down Kason's birth story, I want to record it while it is still fresh in mind. Baby Kason is now a little over a week and a half old. He is growing so much, and already looks so different from when he was born! He is such a sweet baby who has such a mild mannered personality. We love him so much!

We waited a few days and still we had not heard from him or the hospital. We were anxious to find out if Kason had craniosynostosis or not.
