Girls are faced with so much confusion and temptation in their daily lives, but in a setting catered to girls they can connect with each other and an older mentor who can invest in them through Bible study and activities and help them grow in their faith and discover the answers to the questions they face.

They must be appointed and approved by the Founding Director. Mentors are encouraged to commit to the development of their abilities as individuals and as a team to God's glory. A Junior Mentor must be a member of the local Church and be familiar with the program. She would also be encouraged to the development of her own abilities to God's glory.
