Monday, May 13, 2013. Baby is the size of a Papaya! I can't believe how big the baby is getting! I can only imagine how much larger the baby is going to grow! I haven't eaten a lot of papaya before, but I do enjoy this fruit. I am not a huge tropical fruit fan, but this one has similar qualities to that of a squash. So, while many people may eat this in a salsa or a tropical fruit salad, I actually enjoy it roasted! 2 T light brown sugar. 1/4 tsp ground ginger. 2 medium papayas, halved and seeded.
