People often tell me that they are not the type to:-. 1 Read Self Help Books. 2 See a Therapist. 4 Write on a public space (blog). Allowing Change to Happen. Well, neither was I till a few years ago. Slowly, all the "nevers" have become a huge part of my life and I am happier for it. Labels: no more labels.
