Pedestrians risk serious injury when crossing Oxton. Avenue is now a 20,000 vehicle a day, non-stop traffic corridor (or highway 11A) in the middle of a residential neighbourhood. AVENUE - BEFORE TRAFFIC MODIFICATIONS. Pedestrian "Right of Way" located at Oxton. Pedestrians crossed in relative safety. 20,000 cars a day.
