Friday, October 22, 2010. Dominick is 2 1/2 years old and is going to speech therapy once a week. We plan on having one more surgery before he goes to kindergarten. Monday, June 6, 2011. Surgery Scheduled for June 10th. This is Dominick's 4th surgery. Dr Hurst will be taking some of Dominick's upper lip scar tissue, from his previous surgeries, and adding more to the bridge of his nose, making it not look so flat. Side note, wanted to share a few thoughts. Honestly, emotionally this has taken a toll on me, some days are better than others. I have grown as a person and as a mother, as we all do!
