A Remedial Action Plan (RAP) presenting ExxonMobil’s proposed plan and technology for soil vapor site cleanup was introduced for public comment and was approved by the Regional Board in 2013. Phase I of the cleanup plan began that same year and has been ongoing ever since. The nature and scope of any Phase II Cleanup plan will be determined by the Regional Board and DTSC.
