Thursday, September 2, 2010. Shrimp in white sauce. 1/2 stick of butter. About 1/2 cup flour. About 1/2 cup milk. 1-2 handfuls of small cooked shrimp. Salt pepper to taste. Prepared pasta (enough for 2-3 people). Once the butter is mostly lumpy and gaining a pale brown color, add in the milk slowly. You don't want the sauce to become too runny, so only add enough to keep the sauce thick, but not lumpy. (if the sauce gets slightly too runny, dont worry, the extra liquid will cook out).
