Didn't work out yesterday. Feeling pretty sore from the night before. Gonna go every two days until I get used to it. Went to the theatre and watched "The Blind Side" great movie. I ate too much popcorn but skipped the soda! Need to do better on the eating. Friday, April 16, 2010. Friday morning weigh in. But it still feels good!
