http://jeanstrailmix.blogspot.com/2013/04/recoil.html
Small things found on the path. Thursday, 25 April 2013. 310 pm: the quivering light and warmth cry out for touch, but your blurred, sweaty hands recoil in shock, touch nothing. Wow, such beautiful, poignant writing. 27 April 2013 at 13:11. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Simple template. Powered by Blogger.

Chilean red wine -. Grapes from a distant country. Startle my tired tongue. Monday, 17 December 2012. The sun in your eyes, then gone -. Sunday, 16 December 2012. The blue sky fading. Once around the park: Clockwise, Church Road and London Road: noon.

Once around the park. On most days I walk once around the park and write 30 words about it. Wednesday, 7 October 2009. Clockwise, Church Road and London Road: noon. A sumac tree has been cast out of the garden. It still glows like the embers at the heart of a fire. The cold evergreen hedge has closed behind it. Your words are so image heavy that I have no trouble seeing what you write. 8 October 2009 at 02:37. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Why is this a good practice? James Gurney on Serial Painting.

Once around the park. On most days I walk once around the park and write 30 words about it. Monday, 28 September 2009. St Helena, anticlockwise. 6.35pm. The white house among the trees that wedges its sports hall roof into the horizon: I've walked around the streets where it's supposed to be, but I can't find it. I hope you are able to find it once the leaves fall off the trees! 29 September 2009 at 02:47. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Why is this a good practice? Box Elder on the 30-word experiment.

Once around the park. On most days I walk once around the park and write 30 words about it. Friday, 25 September 2009. Mount Ephraim, anticlockwise. 6.30pm. Half moon getting brighter as we walk. Air is cooling. Teenagers sit in a ring (like fairy circle mushrooms). Now the bracken is cut, a natural amphitheatre has opened up. I always see wonderful pictures in my mind when you write! Thank you for sharing! 27 September 2009 at 02:14. 4 October 2009 at 21:34. 5 October 2009 at 08:37. On most days, I stre...

Once around the park. On most days I walk once around the park and write 30 words about it. Friday, 18 September 2009. Mount Ephraim, anticlockwise. 1pm. If I go out later, I'll see one of these two elderly ladies again. Her floral dressing gown will be peeping under her coat hem as she walks her dog. You know how to capture the moment in those 30 words! 19 September 2009 at 01:53. I hope when Im old Ill be happy to go out in my dressing gown. And that someone like you will notice. TRAIL MIX: March 2013
http://jeanstrailmix.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Small things found on the path. Sunday, 31 March 2013. 2 pm: an old-fashioned Sunday imposed but once a year; suburban streets are empty, almost silent, restless. Friday, 29 March 2013. 11 am: the long-absent sunshine comes and goes; just a few minutes, seconds even, at a time - rarely has it felt more precious. Thursday, 28 March 2013. 1 pm: the warm scent of white hyacinths, not quite snuffed out by chilled and stagnant air. Wednesday, 27 March 2013. Tuesday, 26 March 2013. Monday, 25 March 2013. 1005 ...
