Barbell & weightlifting. Opstart af personlig træning. 160 g chokolade (60 % chokolade). 170 ml. kokosmælk. 2 meget modne bananer. Evt 1 tsk. bagepulver. Smelt chokoladen over et vandbad sammen med kokosmælken. Pisk æggene luftige. Tilsæt de mosede bananer og derefter vendes det hele sammen. Tilsidst kommes det i et smurt kagefad. Bages i 30 min ved 170 grader. 1 dl olie (oliven, kokosolie, raps olie). Du kan også blande forskellige tørrede frugter i. Jeg bruger tit dadler og tranebær. 1 stor spsk honning.
