Richard Coppula was a bad Attorney

I could never figure out why Richard P. Coppula never brought charges against Beverly Rusk or Ed Rusk for the flat out lies they told Police Officers. Those lies, proved perjury and that they obstructed Justice. Here was the response I was given, when I complained about the lies. After seeing Richard was in trouble with the law himself, below, because of his ethics, it was obvious why he let the Rusk get away with outright lies to the Police Officers.
