Jen loves Scott: January 2015
http://jenlovesscott.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 8, 2015. Monthly Charlotte: Months one and two. 9 lbs, 9 oz. Her pacifier, car seat and vibrating rocking chair, lights of any kind, and her big progther. Having her picture taken with a giant sticker stuck to her shirt, being cold, and being hungry. She was deemed the "best baby in the nursery" by the lactation nurse the day after she was born, so that'll be included on her college application one day. Being taken out of the bath, being hungry, Scott's sneezes. Daddy snuggles/ Unimpres...

Jen loves Scott: July 2014
http://jenlovesscott.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 22, 2014. Actually pretty in pink. Let me be the first to say that I never ever ever thought my daughter would have a pink room. I have been waging the fight agains the frilly since the ultrasound nurse said "Girl! It doesn't get much cuter). When he sent me what he had in mind, I was surprised with how much I liked it. While it did have pink, it was a pale pink, and paired with a kelly green in her bedding and curtains, it was just too perfect to say no to. Friday, July 11, 2014. And boxes...

Jen loves Scott: April 2015
http://jenlovesscott.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 20, 2015. Monthly Charlotte: Months 4 and 5. Blowing spit bubbles, rocking in her chair, drooling all over everything. Being put down for too long. This month she rolled from her belly to her back with Preston cheering her on in the background. She also makes a sound I call Chewbacca baby, gurgling and rattling whenever she has a lot to say. Snow day snuggles/ Happy Valentine's Day! My tiny Valentine/ Visit from Grammy and Pops. Chewbacca baby in action. Mar 5, 2015 at 3:04pm PST. But I dig...

Jen loves Scott: May 2014
http://jenlovesscott.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 29, 2014. What to do next? In thinking about what I'd like to write about, I kept going back to the movie "Julie and Julia." The main character cooked her way through Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. So, my question is this: What should I do? It could be cooking through a cookbook (maybe one centered on budget-friendly dinners — something I'm always needing more of) or working through a self-help book (I have a book called 52 Ways to Wow Your Husband. Side note: These pict...

Jen loves Scott: Not my mother's Halloween costume
http://jenlovesscott.blogspot.com/2013/10/not-my-mothers-halloween-costume.html
Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Not my mother's Halloween costume. Too legit to quit. In my Halloween costume hall of fame, there is one that tops them all — the pink Power Ranger. I mean, that helmet, those boots, the iron-ons! How can anything top its majesty? Supplies/ Trying on the shirt/ Zig-zaggy cutting. I picked up some black leggings and a green shirt a couple of sizes too big at Walmart and cut the shirt bottom and sleeves zig-zaggy. (Is "zig-zaggy" even a word? Peter Pan. The only problem? Maybe ...

Jen loves Scott: Monthly Charlotte: Month three
http://jenlovesscott.blogspot.com/2015/02/monthly-charlotte-month-three.html
Tuesday, February 3, 2015. Monthly Charlotte: Month three. Talking to her brother, taking baths, kicking her legs, rocking, blowing out a diaper right before we leave the house, and the band One Direction. Being woken up, having shirts pulled over her head, getting drops in her nose. Preston is a very doting big brother. He begs to go wake her up in the morning and always greets her with a "Hey, Charlotte! And wants to know, "What's Charlotte doing over here? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Tom Olivi...

Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Preston's third birthday par-tee. This little stinker turned three on Saturday. Three! Meanwhile, I got a Chandler Mrs. Pacman claw hand. From cutting out the banner, flag, cupcake toppers and the rest of the decor from an Etsy printable I bought. We had a great weekend celebrating our boy. I love him to pieces! As a bonus, Preston's party mix, in case you ever want to throw a party for a boy who loves golf, funk, Disney and Jack White. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This is my blog.
