The story of Ox Club. We sit down with Ben Davy, Head Chef of the Ox Club restaurant based on the ground floor of Headrow House, to talk food and business. Launched at the end of 2015, Ox Club prides itself in producing local food for decent prices. Ben talks us through how theyve built the restaurant from the ground up. Scandinavian-inspired design, cakes from Noisette Bakehouse, cold pressed juice and Instagrammable scenes for days. We went to Stories. On their opening weekend for coffee and cake, but I was very jealous of the dippy eggs being eaten by the couple next to us so I am definitely going back for brunch sometime very soon.
