Nonna's Needle Nook: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
http://nonnasneedlenook.blogspot.com/2011/01/happy-new-year.html
Saturday, January 1, 2011. Did you see any of this last night or go out to celebrate? I heard the fireworks in the wee hours of the morning while trying to go back to sleep. Dear son called to wish us a Happy New Year. He forgot that we are old. So, what are your plans, goals or resolutions for 2011? I rarely make any resolutions or goals. This year I think I'll try a goal that I might can accomplish. My goal is to sew more on this. Have you had your black-eyed peas yet? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Nonna's Needle Nook: HAPPY 4th of JULY!!
http://nonnasneedlenook.blogspot.com/2010/07/happy-4th-of-july.html
Sunday, July 4, 2010. HAPPY 4th of JULY! Today we celebrate our freedom as American citizens. But more than that we should celebrate the freedom we have in Christ everyday of our lives. Unfortunately too often we take for granted both the freedom that was given for us 2000 years ago on the cross and the freedom that was given for us 234 years ago by our founding forefathers. This morning in church our choir sang this song. May we never forget. In New York Harbor stands a lady,. Liberty for you and me.

Nonna's Needle Nook: May 2010
http://nonnasneedlenook.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 31, 2010. A day of remembrance. Too many around the USA today have spent the day barbequing in the back yard, going to the beach, fishing, swimming at the river or lake, or just enjoying life in general . Http:/ www.bobcat.ws/uptigrovetrib.htm. Sunday, May 30, 2010. The rips and tears. This hole is underneath a layer of lace - this is looking at the tear from the backside. You can't see it from the front. These are the two rips/tears at the bottom of the dress. A hole on the sleeve. We weren'...
