Sabrina, Owen and Elliot. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Sabrina loves playing at the playland at Kildonan Place mall. Her favorite part is the motorcycle. She prefers to spend the whole time sitting on the motorcycle, screeching at any kids that dare to come too close to "her" toy ;). Spending time with Grandma and Grandpa before they head south for the winter :). Sabrina loves to "help" out with Owen. Here she is giving him a bottle. Aaah, all the hard work is done, now we can relax! The Great Pumpkin Thief.

Sabrina, Owen and Elliot. Monday, October 31, 2011. The only good pictures I was able to get of them in their costumes. We decided to get creative this year and made some spooky meals. Bats and worms, aka spaghetti and meatballs. We used blue corn tortilla chips for the wings and olives for the eyes. Mummy pizzas.the mozzarella strips melted together and didn't look as much like mummy wrap as I was hoping. Sabrina sampling each and every mouse.she liked the eyes the best. The red car has been in a collision with Sabrina's hand and has unfortunately sustained severe damage beyond repair. Oh well, Owen doesn't seem to mind ;). Sabrina, Owen and Elliot. Saturday, February 18, 2012. Telus World of Science. I took the kids to Telus World of Science, where they have a new gallery called Discoveryland just for toddlers and young children. They both loved it and had so much fun. Owen like to just wander around and explore. Sabrina discovered the giant piano that she could run across and play songs on, kind of like in the movie "Big". Sabrina's friend Logan, who joined us at the science centre, also liked the piano.

Sabrina, Owen and Elliot. Friday, April 20, 2012. Not the best quality photo, but one of my favourites :). Sabrina trying to put a barrette in Owen's hair, and Owen trying to get away. Unfortunately for him, I think Sabrina has him cornered. Since the kids started daycare last month, they've been coming home with colds and pink eye. The day I took this picture, Owen wasn't feeling well and all he wanted to do was cuddle. I loved the cuddling part, but not the sick part. A beautiful day at the playground.

Sabrina, Owen and Elliot. Sunday, February 26, 2012. John Janzen Nature Centre. I took the kids to John Janzen Nature Centre this morning so Jason could get some sleep after clearing snow all night. We spent almost 3 hours there - I don't know who was more tired - the kids or me! I brought along a lunch so we could stay there as long as possible. Sabrina, Owen and Elliot. Sunday, February 27, 2011. Sabrina has discovered the laundry basket. She can empty it and climb in by herself, but has a little trouble getting out ;). Just hanging out. Sabrina's new word du jour is "nowen", meaning No Owen. Owen gets told there's a lot he can't do ;). Sabrina let me put a ponytail in her hair for the first time, and she actually kept it in! Sabrina showing off her bathrobe. It happens to have four of her favourite things: a bunny, belt, buttons and pockets.
