Monday, 30 November 2009. Setting up the stamp 'shot'. I've dropped on a plane behind the blue tit model and added an image using the Material Editor. I used the original photo image to cature the materials in Photoshop. And applied those save JPEGS to the Material Editor. Manipulation with the UVW Mapping. To get a half ...

Friday, 30 October 2009. A Day At The Museum. On the 16th October, AJ, Oz, Rich Daryl and myself jumped on the train and headed for the Nutural History Museum in London for some full on diversity research. We were lucky enough to get to check out the new 'Cocoon' wing that houses the labs of the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity. So I finaly finished my 3D stamp of my Crab, this took me around 8 hours over 2 days (just for the crab) and about 2 hours to sort out the scenery, here is a render of the final outcome. Adam Cliff 3D Modeling 2009. Thursday, May 6, 2010. Here is a render of the fences. Next i made the grass, this was made using a plane tool and then adding a jpeg image onto it, i then made copies of this to create a bigger pice of land. Here is the render of the grass. I then made a trough for my oxen, this was made from a block and breveld then extruded down, i then added a water texture to a seperate block to give the impression of the trough being filled with water. Here s a render of my trough.
