However, to kick this up a little bit, I did some lifting with my on-again-off-again P90X accountability partner. We did bench press, incline, decline, chest flys and swimmers press (gotta get me a chest). That is why I slammed some Muscle Milk tonight. That Cookie's N Cream is the best protein shake I've ever had. 12 oz Red Bull. Lucky Charms (3/4 cup).

Friday, March 27, 2009. DAY 19 - Legs and Back / Ab Ripper X. I didn't know when I got up in the morning how I would feel, but the fact was.I felt really good. Not 100%, but good. No more nauseousness, but I felt kinda weak. I was very skeptical that I would feel well enough to do the workout, but (BOOYAH) I did it! It took everything in me to complete it, but I kept chuggin. Lucky Charms (1 1/2 cups) 220 cal. 2g fat 44g carbs. 1/4 of Sunflower Kernels. 190 cal. 15g fat 4g carbs. Fat 28g 0g protein.
