Out of the cocoon and flying again. I've been running every day, with the exception of the two days after Mimi went Home. I just couldn't get out of the house for awhile. Today we ran outside. X Marks the Spot. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Day 91.Rest.Errr.Core Synergistics.ROUND 6. Bringing it bringing it BRING-ING IT! Concluding P90X with an intense workout was nice. Instead of the last day of the week being a rest day where I would not do anything but pat myself on the back for a job well done, I blasted myself with some Core Synergistics! I'm glad it worked out this way. Had a good workout.finished the program with a bang.and i still have time to rest and recover. It was a bruiser today!
