Dennis shows custom made window frames that not only look good , but help seal the inside glass pane. Notice the aluminum rails that hold the panels in place plus look really great. It turned out that the fiberglass ducts were very flimsy and required a lot of beefing up. There were a lot of very poor fits which resulted in leakage. Leakage is a real problem in a Jetprop. (See technical section) Dennis used aluminum in the arm rest areas in order to get the needed strength.
