The STD plan allows an associate to be off work for a maximum of 26 weeks. Benefits begin on the 1st day of absence due to an accident and on the 8th day due to an illness. Salaried associates are provided continuation of compensation due to injury or illness. The amount of compensation is based upon years of service with the Company.
