In the steps of the Packmen. The path from Crow Trees Road to Netherwood Lane. The foot of the Packhorse Track. The entrance to the Packhorse Track, Crow Trees Lane. At the beginning, it’ s reasonably level. Then if begins to drop –. And becomes progressively steeper. Many of the surface stones and setts have been dislodged. And it is quite difficult to traverse, especially after rain. But it’s very scenic! And about a metre wide, with obstructions from fallen banks and vegetation.
