Saturday, December 15, 2007. Saturday and a wet launch at Esquimalt Harbour. A wind storm had blown through the previous evening but there was a break before the next system was due to arrive and although it was still 28 knots out at Clover Point, the harbour was somewhat sheltered. Sunday, September 30, 2007. From two wheels to two feet, I was running in the CIBC Cure for Cancer. 5k this morning. My warm up consisted of cycling the 7km or so uphill to UVic where the Victoria event was taking place (there were 53 events taking place in cities throughout Canada today). The last time I ran was back in April when I ran the TC 10k. After cycling to the race, running the 5k at near top output and cycling home again, I'm taking a rest this afternoon. Op mijn verjaardag, 22 juli, was het hier tropisch warm: 34o Celcius! Om de 2 weken ga ik in Aalten op zondag naar de Evang. gemeente 'De Koren-aar'; waar ik ook elke week Bijbelstudie volg. ik leer er veel over Israel en Openbaringen.
