At the start of the ceremony the goddess statuette was draped in red; now she has been draped in white and decorated with white flowers, to symbolize her transformation from Mother to Maiden. However, the initial notice of the Regency (‘First Details of a New Religious Society’) that was published in Pentagram. At Candlemas 1967 lists it among the major festivals.
