The journey: to my goal of weighing 175 lbs. I want it back. Every time you start again after failing, or succeeding, but then ceding, to failure, it seems harder. less attainable somehow. Maybe that's why at 32, after having started dieting by the 5th grade, it seems almost impossible. I'm really tired of whining about it and thinking about it and analyzing it and dreaming about how it could be. It's very Nike-ish now. time to Just Do It. Wanna know what inspired this post? A year ago today I left work sick, got on a plane, flew to Boston and waited patiently for my luggage to arrive so I could interview the following day. (Interview happened, luggage showed up afterwards.). I kind of knew that job was going to happen. Weird gut feeling. It was time. This was the one. My new job is literally next door to the Back Bay T station and more importantly, an amazing taco cart.

It was an impromptu "pulling it all together" show before they go on tour, and it was awesome. Awesome I say.
