There's no Place Like Holmes. Sunday, September 14, 2008. So I've loved enjoying everyone else's blogs, but not taken the few moments to write down what's been going on here. It is hectic. School has started, so from the moment we returned from St. Geo. and Nickole's sealing, I have been preparing for those cute 1st graders. Paige and Natalie began the school year happy to have something new to do, they seemed to keep pretty busy, loving their bikes, enjoying friends, reading, and Natalie's cheer practice.

I knew nursing wasn't for me, when I realized my MAJOR turnoff for veins. (I still can't think about them or I can't eat meat). There's no Place Like Holmes. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. I'm in the Grandma Club! I didn't want to steal Nickole's thunder, so I've waited. AAAGGH for eternity it has felt like, to post about our new little grandson. Of course I think he's the cutest ever, and of course he needs to be held be MEEEEEE. MMMM I love the smell of him, and the cute long brown hairs on the nape of his neck. I think he is long (tall seems weird to say since he's not standing), but he was 21" long and 7#6oz. I'm going to see him!
