This is our life. Thursday, December 6, 2012. Don't get me wrong- I'm so happy. But moments like tonight when I'm on Facebook chatting back in forth with the most hilarious women my heart just longs. For college. I long to transport back and laugh and cry and complain again. I long to sit in chapel and text while. Being a chapel card monitor. I long to feel really poor and busy while all the time not actually being poor and business being self-induced most of the time because I'm such a procrastinator.

This is our life. Monday, July 30, 2012. This is my new favorite recipe. With being busier I don't have as much time to cook. Salsa Fiesta takes a little bit of chopping but makes a huge batch and can be used with chips, in a tortilla, etc. so meals are quicker. And it's all veggies and super healthy. AND because of the lime the avocado never turns brown. Skeptic? Try it. ;). Mine stayed good for a week. You can use any combination of ingredients. here's what I used and would recommend:. 1 can black beans.
