We have a ton of them and they are cheaper than card stock). Wood chips (original directions used pine needles but we don't have pine trees). The idea came from this book. Paint a paper plate (or circle of white paper) black. Add eyes, nose, ears, and whiskers. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

CLICK HERE FOR FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES, LINK BUTTONS AND MORE! Surviving Toddlerhood.one craft at a time. Thursday, October 4, 2012. A while ago my mother in law gave me a bunch of fabric pieces and scraps and I have been dying to do something fun with them. We sorted the fabric and chose a variety of orange patterns. I cut them into smaller pieces. We covered a paper plate with glue (I told you I was addicted to paper plates). Finley glued the pieces on. Side note: How do kids sit like this? For the stem...

Yesterday, after singing the Baby Bumble Bee song a million times, we made this project. Cut ovals out of yellow construction paper. Place them in the bottom of a box (usually I use a shoebox but I have a million bakery boxes so we used those). Add a small amount of black paint and 2-3 marbles. Close the box and shake! Saturday, May 4, 2013. As soon as she was back in my arms we started to breastfeed and she took right to it. Latched on well right from the start. After 12 hours of resting and monitoring at the hospital we got to go home. She loves to hang out in the sling when we run errands and sleeps great in the car. She's had a busy first week with check ups, taking sisters to the dentist, getting a few groceries, picking up Anika at school, and even her first visit to a park. What a beautiful birth! Emily, age 4.

Monday, August 27, 2012. My big girl is in school now! She's just starting her third week and seems to like it ok. She doesn't get in to trouble, she says she has some new friends, and she likes recess. It's a really long day for her though and she doesn't look forward to it each morning. Hopefully the school work will get harder soon so she isn't as bored. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Anika age 6 years. Emily, age 4. Isabel, brand new. New Mexico, United States. Living Crunchy, One Day At A Time. Wife -Stay at home mom - Homeschool - Crunchy living - Urban homesteader. Thursday, March 31, 2011. On March 30th 2010 family, and friends joined together to say good bye to my grandma in White Bear Lake Minnesota. I did not attend. But because I was late. I was devastated and I still feel awful inside. How did I miss my grandma's funeral. How did people not look around and realize I wasn't there. But I still missed her funeral. Until We Meet Again. As we try to carry on.

Living Crunchy, One Day At A Time. Wife -Stay at home mom - Homeschool - Crunchy living - Urban homesteader. Monday, March 21, 2011. We all know how most men are when they are sick. I don't even need to get into it because most woman have experienced this with either a father, brother, boyfriend or husband. Well for the first time ever I was "man sick". Man Cold (in case you have never seen it). I seriously whined, moaned, and I think died for a few days on the couch. It was GREAT! Not Your Mama's Martha!

Thursday, 6 August 2015. Things are moving slowly here, but they're moving at least. The Lion Rampant army is slowly getting there, but I'm afraid it's quite difficult to grab pics of large units so that the models are actually visible. You'll have to make do with some rather smaller pics until I get a hold of Mikkel soonish and get everything set up for a battle. I've almost got the crossbowmen painted as well, meaning that I've only got a single 12-man unit of foot sergeants with polearms left! I usual...
