Alsace, France which, coincidentally, is where the Riesling grape originated. Their Rieslings are light and dry, no sugar added, no sweetness except from original fermentation. Fantastic. Tonight I try a Willm vineyard, 2011 Riesling from Alsace and dare I say, it’s drinkable! Riesling experiment phase 1 complete. Outcome: Successful. Let the Blogging Begin!

Now that I am officially a Mrs. I can sit back, relax, and enjoy the one thing everyone gets to do on their honeymoon no matter where they go, drink.
