Tuesday, November 2, 2010. New Crochet Pattern Now Available: Amigurumi Giraffe Rattle! I have a feeling that my fellow crochet-ers out there are getting a start on their homemade holiday gifts, as I have had an increase in crochet pattern sales these past few weeks. This prompted me to finally post up another one of my original patterns. the Amigurumi Giraffe baby rattle. It is a spin on my monkey rattle. The pattern is available for just $2. Wednesday, October 1, 2008. DIY - Make snack storage cans out of old formula cans. Since having to switch to formula lately, I've been wondering what to do with the cans once it's all used up. Here's my first project, which has used up a couple, turning them into snack canisters! First, take off the labels. Mine came right off:. Then, glue to your canister, and voila! A snack storage can! For the Goldfish Cracker can, I just did a Google Image Search for "goldfish cracker,". In a paper-covered Crisco can.
