Friday, October 23, 2009. Yes, Bubby has had his first injury. I knew this day would eventually come, and it has finally happened. He hit his head on the window sil. He cried, I cried, fortunately he is fine. He just has a little battle wound. I got some great shots of him last night. As you can see in the pictures he now has 3 bottom teeth. In my opinion, wedding receptions can be fun or boring depending on how they are planned and how fun the guests are. Friday, February 27, 2009. Grant's first Valentine's Day. Friday night grandma Nancy came over to babysit and Scott and I went out to dinner at PF Changs. It was so delicious. Then on Saturday we went to a Chops hockey game with Julie, Toren, Susan and Dave. Julie made a delicious dinner of chicken parmesan for everyone at her house. Monday, October 19, 2009. Last night I whipped up a batch of pears. It was very easy. Just peel, diced and simmer for 20 mins. I added about a half cup of water. Then I mashed them in a bowl. Friday, October 9, 2009. They make the best babyfood. Word to the wise, don't wear your favorite outfit or have anything in the vicinity of cooked blueberries, they stain. I had blueberries everywhere! All I did was clean them up and dump them in pot to simmer for 25 minutes. I used about a cup of water. It made a delicious sauce! I just mixed and served. Adults would like the sauce drizzled over icecream or poured in a smoothie. It was sooooooo good. One cup of blueberries contains 16% DV of fiber.

Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Thunderstoms again.What a dreary day, but a great day to start my blog. As of this week I am 11 weeks pregnant. Almost at the end of my dreaded first trimester. The first trimester hasen't been the funnest part of pregnancy. In fact for a first time pregnancy, this trimester has made me vow to never do this again!
