Världen är full av smaker, dofter, färger som fyller både våra liv och våra själ. Kryddigt och gott i kylan. Lite extra kryddor passar bra nu i vintermörkret. Häromdagen lagade jag en 'hitta-på' rätt som blev en stor succé här hemma: barnen åt som galningar och vi vuxna tyckte att det smakade extra gott med lite 'piquín' (mexikansk chillipulver) som är riktigt stark och god. Världen är full av smaker, dofter, färger som fyller både våra liv och våra själ. Jag hade tur idag för min man lagade mat. han är otroligt duktig på allt som har att göra med pasta. Bägge flickorna åt jättemycket och även vi vuxna tyckte att denna variant på 'pasta al tonno' var mycket lyckad. Pasta al tonno (6 hungriga personer). Ca 500 g. valfri pasta sort (vi brukar äta fullkornspasta nuförtiden men vilken sort som helst går bra). 2 burkar krossade tomater. 1 burk tonfisk i vatten. Man kan, så klart,...
