Sets can be either 3 reps accelerated or 5 reps normal. 3 sets of some combination of 8 pullups, 3 muscle-ups, 4 weighted pullups. 3 sets of 5 weighted dips. 3 sets of 6 deadlifts. April 14, 2010. 50x bicycles (1 rep = 1 bicycle on each side so 100 total). 25 x clapping pushups. 25 x jump squats. Iron with a touch of Nickel (from Joe).
