This is just bit of a variation in normal Dal fry. In Maharashtra's version of Dal Amsool (ripe red kokum) is used. So I added Amsool instead of lemon or tamarind to get a new flavor to the same dal. 2 Take 4/5 pieces of amsool and soak them in water. 3 Add boiled toor dal in tadka. 4 Add some water in mixer. 5 Then add amsool.

Have decided to post my recipes on this blog.Starting with this one :-). Dosa Batter, Sweet Corn, Dosa Chutney, Cheese, chilli powder. 1 Slightly crush sweet corn using mixer grinder. 2 Mix this crushed corn in dosa batter. 3 Heat pan with little ghee or oil. 4 Spread the dosa mixture in circular motion to make uttappa.
