We've had several chill rainy wet days in a row now and we're NOT used to that so we're all a little disappointed in the weather. Have you seen this cute video? Welcome back to our winter paradise frequently called "Winter Camp for Seniors". While You Are Away. Wednesday, August 05, 2015. Many photos here for you today! I arrived at the scene at 1:30 am Crews were getting ready for a long night ahead of pouring four of our new pickleball courts. This is the same crew that was here to build our present courts. The "magic" truck showed up around 2:00. All is controlled by this man in the big hat. He wears a remote control box on is belt to operate the equipment.

Welcome back to our winter paradise frequently called "Winter Camp for Seniors". While You Are Away. Monday, August 31, 2015. Monsoon storms continue to plague us.mostly in the evenings toward dusk. Winds get tough with strong gusts. I suppose we'll have to go around up stand up some tipped over flower pots and BBQ grills again tomorrow. When you leave here, be sure to secure all outdoor furniture, plants, and equipment. We have STRONG wind gusts quite frequently! Here's some progress on the new streets.

Welcome back to our winter paradise frequently called "Winter Camp for Seniors". While You Are Away. Friday, July 31, 2015. End of Another Week. We can see the layout of the dog run area. Looks like they're building a nice wall/fence for the pups. While Don and I were standing there this morning, a covey of quail entered the scene. Followed closely by a couple rabbits. Looks like they all know this is a pet friendly area now. :). More digging in Phase 3. There's activity over near the food court area.

Tractor Supply is planting trees and shrubs across the back of their property. We can see the painted lines for the new pool. Round circle looks like hot tub area. South side of the park is getting some very nice brick work. Will make sites look nice! Cables have been tightened with tension to help prevent cracking. Posted by Sue Hepler.

Palm Creek Tennis Club. Tuesday, March 24, 2015. About 75 members enjoyed the "Wrap-Up" tennis dinner. Club Chairman, Glenn Carter held a brief 'business meeting', telling members that he has volunteered to act as "interim manager" as we begin the next season. He also presented the projected management team that will lead the Tennis Club for the 2015-2016 season. Glenn Carter got us in-line for next season. We'll be looking forward to seeing everyone in the fall! Mary and Tom Williams.

Sunday, March 27, 2011. Recently JC got a hankering (southern speak = desire) for those cheesy, garlicky biscuits served in a certain seafood chain restaurant. He researched the numerous recipes for these lovely bundles and this is the result. YUM-O! 2 C buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy). 1/2 C shredded sharp or extra sharp cheese. 1/4 C butter, melted. 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine mix, milk, and cheese with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms.
