A little bit about us Baers. Earlier in the month we took a trip to Murray Park to take some pictures of the flooding. The river was crazy full! The cement you see in the background is actually the road that goes over the river. The two things on each side in the foreground are the two supports for the bridge that went across, but they had (wisely! Taken the bridge out so it wouldn't wash away. These are trees along the bank of the river. Another one of the road and bridge. My girls had so much fun!

It was FREEZING cold though. It was at the Murray Amphitheater and by the time we got out, it was almost 10:00 and about 47 degrees. A little bit about us Baers. Here are a few pictures of our December wanderings. The girls made a snowman named Queen Olivia. Then they made a whole bunch of guards for the queen. They didn't last too long, though, because the sun came out and melted them. Poor snowmen! Apparently, Olivia killed the girls. =]. We went snowshoeing on Christmas Eve. It was so beautiful! One of me in the sunshine! And Megan, throwing powder in the air. And Mikayla trying to eat the frozen water drops on a tree!

A little bit about us Baers. Just realized my last blog post was about December. Oops! So what has been going on since December? We went snowshoeing at Wasatch Mountain State Park in Heber. The girls did great! We walked a lot farther than we normally do, so it was a little tough. And the snow conditions were pretty bad. It had been kinda warm, so the snow was really wet and hard to slog through. We got a few cute pictures though! Mikayla had her sixth birthday! I can't believe that she is six already!

Sunday, November 23, 2008. We decided it was time for Emme. To sleep in a bed once she started climbing out of her crib at 5 in the morning and then couldn't get back in. We bought this bed a few months ago along with the dresser and another desk on craigslist. And has since been eating up a lot. Of space in our shed.
