Thanks for looking. Hope you like what you see! Monday, September 14, 2009. A Few Shots of Summer. Just to keep you on your toes while in logging country. Deserted surfboard on Long Beach. My poor pink runners after one of our hardest summer hikes. The left one actually came off my foot and Chris spent 5 minutes digging it out of the mud for me. It did not feel good going back onto my foot after being filled with mud. Clouds over the beach at Campbell River. The water reflecting on a yacht.

I really like the effect with this one but, as it isn't really a fence, I thought it would be cheating to use it. Love how the bricks look in this shot. The fence, not so much. Monday, June 28, 2010. A few weekends ago my little nephew, Caleb, was celebrating his 2nd birthday . and it just so happened to be the same weekend that I pick up my new camera and lenses - A perfect opportunity to check out my new gear :) The weather was perfect and the location was a child's dream (rock climbing mountain, water park galor and even a little water/sand contraption). Take in the view.by Erica. Tuesday, September 9, 2008. Ok so as you have seen from my past few blog posts, I focus mainly on landscape type pictures. I love taking pictures of the sky, trees, flowers, etc. So a few nights ago after yet another bout of rain I happened to look out the window while cleaning up after dinner and saw this. Take in the view.by Erica. Sunday, August 24, 2008. In our own backyard.who knew? So I got a new camera on Wednesday! I haven't been keeping up with my blog like I should have because I've been anxiously awaiting the purchase of my Nikon D60! Now with that taken care of, my hubby and I have been keeping ourselves busy taking the kids on daytrips, thereby giving us plenty of opportunities to test out the new camera. Of course you have to appreciate it's safer that way though! It is beautiful up there!
