Friday, February 26, 2010. The point being I'm glad I worked out.although it was X-Stretch and that just makes me want to sleep as it's soooo relaxing. But I'm sure my body needed the stretching especially my legs. Hockey game tonight (fingers crossed we win). Thursday, February 25, 2010. Day 2 of waking up thank God for Pitbull. Long story short I wrote a whole thing and it got deleted and now I have to leave for work/school. Day 1 - 5K as fast as possible. Day 3 - X-stretch. Wednesday, February 24, 2010.

Monday, June 21, 2010. Yup I did 2 days of the 30 day shred and then dropped the ball.well the first day was Becca taking forever in the bath and then I didn't have time for my workout before going to work. So lesson learned is that if I don't work out in the morning.it just doesn't happen. Tonight is baseball yay! I'll get my exercise in for sure today. June 21, 2010 at 10:16 AM. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Okay forgot the gabriel method last night. Yep I forgot to listen to it.I was reading again! Oops I've gotta get a better hold on reality sometimes I think. When I get sucked into a book that's it I want to read it all the time. On a good note I drank 4 litres of water yesterday before 3pm when I got home I had diet pepsi as I was water'd out. Today I've had 3 and a bit litres. This morning I woke up and was down the 2 lbs I had put on over the weekend. Monday, March 29, 2010.
