Cable Ferries Pulling Their Weight? What a surprise to read in the Telegraph Journal. That the province has decided to decomission 3 of our cable ferries. When I first heard the news, immediately I thought of the homewowners in the effected areas of the ferries who will be absolutely impacted by the decrease of value in their properties! For amenities or their job. When I take buyers to these areas ,the ferries are a determining factor. This in itself helps to attract people to our city of Saint John .
